Your comfort
What to expect
Inviting someone into your home is a different thing to walking into a spa. So here is exactly how we work — before you have to ask.
- Fresh linens every time. Every client gets clean, unused linens and towels. Nothing is reused between appointments.
- Equipment sanitised between clients. The table, stones and any equipment are cleaned and sanitised before every session.
- We bring everything. Table, linens, towels, oils. You provide a room with space to set up, and nothing else.
- You set the pressure. Firmer, lighter, skip an area entirely — just say so, at any point in the session.
- Draped throughout. You are covered by a towel or sheet for the whole treatment; only the area being worked on is uncovered.
- Fixed, published hours. We work Tuesday to Sunday, 10:00 am to 8:00 pm. Nothing outside them.

Questions
Before you book
Is the therapist female?
Yes. Your massage is carried out by a trained female therapist, and we'll never send a substitute you weren't expecting.
Do I need to prepare anything?
Only a room with enough space for a massage table — a bedroom or living room is usually perfect. We bring the table, linens, towels and oils. Many clients like to dim the lights or put music on, but that's entirely up to you.
How far in advance should I book?
The earlier the better, especially for evening and weekend slots, which fill first. Message us with the day you have in mind and we'll tell you honestly what's still open.
Which massage should I choose?
If you want to unwind, Swedish. If you have stubborn tightness in your shoulders or back, deep tissue. If you want deep work but find firm pressure uncomfortable, hot stone. If you're unsure, describe how you've been feeling when you message and we'll recommend one. If you're after something different, ask about Madero therapy or Whole Body massage.
Is 120 minutes too long?
Not at all. A 60 minute session covers the whole body fairly briskly. 90 gives room to spend proper time on problem areas, and 120 is a genuinely unhurried full-body treatment. Most first-time clients start at 60 or 90.
What if I want to stop, or change something?
Say so. Pressure, areas to avoid, temperature, music, talking or quiet — all of it is yours to direct, at any point in the session. You will never be asked to just put up with something.
Are you open on Mondays?
No — Monday is our day off. We take appointments Tuesday through Sunday, from 10:00 am, with the last session starting at 7:00 pm.
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on the treatment and the length of the session. Message us on WhatsApp with what you're after and we'll send you the current rate straight away.
